Mark LM Quinn, Executive Chairman , Co-Founder

Mark has over 20 years extensive international business experience in the emerging markets. Mark was the founder of Barterone LLC which in 1995 entered into a joint venture with Peco Energy, Philadelphia, USA, to establish one of the first Internet trading platforms for energy and surplus utility parts. The company later merged into Entrade Inc which reached a market cap of $800 million by 1999. Returning to the UK in 2000, He was founder and CEO of D1 Oils Plc and built the company into a global biodiesel brand, with a Market cap of £200 million prior to leaving in 2005.
Mark spent 3 years for researching alternative energy cropsand in November 2008, he founded Clenergen Corporation Limited which completed a reverse merger in November 2009 on the OTC to form Clenergen Corporation
Robert Kohn, Non Executive Vice-Chairman

Robert has been Chairman/CEO, President/COO, and Co-Founder of three start-up public companies, with a combined market cap of over $1.5 Billion. Equity and debt raised for these companies exceeded $400 million. He was President of a subsidiary of Exelon, ranked #1 electric utility in U.S., and President and founder of entrade.com (Energy Trading) at Exelon.
Tim Bowen, Chief Executive Officer

Tim has significant experience in driving growth companies to increase shareholder value. Tim was CFO for Greenko Group plc (AIM: GKO.L) a developer / owner / operator of biomass, hydro and wind assets in India. Tim was responsible for overseeing Greenko’s pre-IPO funding, as well as its successful AIM IPO in November 2007, 23 months after incorporation. Most recently, Tim was CEO and joint founder of Sunfuel a Ukrainian based CleanTech firm which specialises in converting low value or waste streams into various forms of bioenergy. Previously, Tim played a leading role in three other Aim quoted companies.
Mike Starkie, President and Acting Chief Financial Officer

Mike was formerly the Group Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of BP Plc, a role to which he was appointed in 1994. As Group Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Mike played a leading role in BP’s mergers and acquisitions. He was responsible for the Group’s financial statements (including US corporate) and for the Group’s US SEC filings (20Fs and 6Ks), compliance with other financial reporting requirements. Mike sits on several intergovernmental and institutional boards acting as professional advisor and chair.
His expertise is used on the CBI Financial Reporting panel of which he is Chairman and also in advising the European Commission on the adoption of International Reporting Standards and Interpretations on the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) and the Technical Expert Group .
Jessica Hatfield, Executive Director and Co-Founder

From 1994 to 2004 Jessica Hatfield was Chief Executive of The Media Vehicle, a company she founded that provided advertising alternatives to traditional above the line media. She grew the company from a startup to a major global brand which she subsequently sold a 30% stake in to Clearchannel International. .From 20005 she became Chief Executive Officer and the co-founder of STARO (Save the Amazon Rainforest Organization). In 2008, Jessica was elected to the United Nations Environmental Program Who’s Who in “Women and the Environment,” recognizing her work in the field of Amazon Rainforest conservation.
Jessica is the co founder of Clenergen Corporation, Chairperson of Clenergen Foundation and Environment Director of Clenergen Corporation.
Mr MB Sanil Kamar, Non Executive Director

Mr MB Sanil Kumar is the Managing Partner of Kumar Biju Associates a leading firm of accountants based in India and the Middle East. Mr Kumar works with an extensive portfolio of corporate and multinational clients across a wide range of industries as well as the government and public sectors. He was part of a technical team to assist the Kerala Government to set up the Horticultural Development Programme of the European Economic Community and also the World Bank assisted Kerala Urban Development Programme.
He has worked extensively with commercial banks and other financial institutions in funding applications. He had also assisted the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala for development of tourism projects and serves on the boards of several Indian companies.
David Sonnenberg, Non Executive Director

David is currently Executive Director of Energy Technologies Limited, a South African Company that is exploiting the potential of agricultural waste to produce renewable and sustainable electricity. He has a technical background from Wits Technicon (SA) where he graduated as an industrial designer, specializing in factory management, design, marketing management and production supply chain. David was Director of D1 Oil Plc and responsible for the agronomy development of Jatropha as a non edible feedstock for the processing and production of biodiesel.
Sam Gaisey, Executive Director

Sam Gaisey started his financial career in London with Merrill Lynch before moving on to Wall Street where he worked for a number of top brokerage firms. Acted as brokerage consultant for a top scale financial assignment for Ghana Airways. He moved on to consult directly for the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan in relation to the country’ s cotton exports and salt manufacture.
Sam became the first Ghanaian to trade raw cotton in Europe on the world markets under Faisale (GB) Company Limited, UK, and was a key figure in assisting the Ghana Cotton Co. Ltd where he initiated proposals and procedures in all areas of trading of raw cotton in the world market for the Republic of Ghana in 1992 during the Presidency of Jerry John. Rawlings . He became Managing Director of Villasam, a company that was established to embark on a large scale bamboo plantations, resource management, processing and utilisation of the bamboo resources for the production of bamboo pulp and paper plant in Ghana. The company also act as International Capital Investment Consultants by arranging finance for capital projects and development of agro industrial projects.
Edward Osei Nsenkyire, Climate Change Advisor

Mr. Nsenkyire serves as President of Clenergen Ghana Limited.Mr. Nsenkyire’s career spans over 38 years mostly in the public sector provides a vital link between the public and private sector in West Africa. He was formerly the Chief Director of the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology in Ghana. Recently Mr. Nsenkyire acted as the Chairman of the Ghana National Climate Change Committee and Chief Spokesperson for the Government of Ghana at the recent Copenhagen Summit. He also served as the Chairman for the Forestry Commission Board in Ghana.
Dr. Muthuchelian, Chief Scientific Advisor-Biomass Energy Crops

Dr K. Muthuchelian is currently the Director for Biodiversity and Forest Studies at the Madurai Kamaraj University, and Professor and Head of the School of Energy, Environment and Natural Resources at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. Prof. K. Muthuchelian bears many mantles of a successful educational administrator, and is an excellent teacher with high international caliber; nominated as Fellow of International Energy Foundation (FIEF) by International Energy Foundation, Saskatchewan, Canada, elected as Fellow of National Academy of Biological Sciences (FNABS) by National Academy of Biological Sciences, India and awarded the academically high Prestigious Degree of "Doctor of Science" [D.Sc.] by Madurai Kamaraj University.
Dr. N. Barathi, Biotechnology Science Advisor (Member Indian National Bamboo Mission)

Dr. N. Barathi, an Agriculture Scientist has 25 years of experience in plant propagation by tissue culture and cultivation of plants. Conducted several research in Bamboo for the past 10 years and identified ideal bamboo clone for Energy Plantation and standardized agronomical management and agriculture inputs to maximize the biomass yield. Recognising the contribution made by Dr.N.Barathi in Bamboo, he has been nominated as “Member and Advisor” in the Bamboo Steering Committee of Gujarat and Tamil Nadu Government and serving as “Bamboo Technical Expert” for Tripura Bamboo Mission and “Member” in the Tamil Nadu State Forest Advisory Committee for Research. Dr.Barathi is a Founder Director
of Growmore Biotech Ltd. which is certified by Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India and accredited by AQIS, Australia, produces over 200,000 plants per week of Bamboo and Paulownia for high density Energy Plantation. Growmore Biotech is “Technology Partner” for National Mission on Bamboo Applications (NMBA), Govt. of India and “Corporate Member” of National Academy of Biological Sciences, India. Growmore Biotech Ltd is affiliated Member of International Network for Bamboo and Rattan (INBAR),China. Growmore Biotech Ltd is the only propagator of Tropical Energy Bamboo in the world.
Bonnie Nelson, Investment Banking Advisor
Bonnie Nelson was the prior owner and CEO of the Wall Street brokerage firm, Vanderbilt Securities, Inc. At Vanderbilt, she was specifically responsible for taking companies public, OTC trading, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of joint ventures and strategic alliances for her clients.
With a career spanning over 20 years of investment and merchant banking Ms. Nelson has extensive experience in consulting and corporate finance for public and private companies. She has been responsible for raising equity and debt financings including: seed capital for new and emerging growth companies, secondary funding for middle market companies and project financing.
Ms. Nelson has been a senior executive in business development, responsible for developing and guiding many corporate turnarounds, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Ms. Nelson currently sits on the board of Allied Artists.
