Dr. Arvind Pandalai has 32 years of experience in international trading, export and import management, market research, counter trade, off-shore trade, joint ventures, project management, financial management and strategic planning. Recognizing the contributions made by Dr. Pandalai to the national and organizational cause, he was awarded 2004 IMM Award for Excellence as a Top Professional by the Institute of Marketing & Management, New Delhi, India. He was also awarded Certificate of Excellence in Productivity, Quality, Innovation & Management by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi, India.

Commerce graduate & a qualified Cost Accountant. He has over 25 years of work experience in finance, credit control & business development with companies such as Kelvinator of India Ltd, TVS group, CH2M Hill Australia Pty Ltd., Nettex Australia Ltd., Radiant Software Ltd., etc. For around 2 years he has headed a private brokerage unit of IL & FS Invest Smart Ltd, in Chennai, India and during this period, headed a team that oversaw successful completion of many IPO’s. Along with Mark Quinn and Jessica Hatfield, Ravikanth is a co-founder of Clenergen Corporation.

Swami has around 25 years of experience in various roles spanning various hierarchial positions across several companies in the engineering and power sector. Starting off as a field engineer with Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited, Swami has been associated with Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Suzlon Energy Limited, BGR Energy Systems Limited as Head (Projects) and Areva T&D (India) Limited as Regional Head (O&BD). In his last role, he was Head (Business Development & Operations) with Auro Mira Energy Company Private Limited. Swami, apart from having a qualified Engineering graduation degree, is also a qualified Cost Accountant from ICWAI and a qualified Company Secretary from ICSI. His strengths include power plant concept to commissioning, power trading, power system planning, Power transmission and distribution to name a few.

Gopalakrishnan has 14 years of experience in core accounting and MIS, treasury, debt fund raising, mergers and demergers, financial management, and operational finance. He has excellent knowledge of operation and management of biomass based thermal plants and has been instrumental in raising term funding and working capital for these projects. He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

SV Jagannathan "Jay" has over 11 years of experience in a variety of roles spanning various industries. In his last role, he was the Financial Controller of Orient Green Power Co Ltd, where he was actively involved in their Initial Public Offer in the Indian stock exchanges, the first ever primary issue by a diversified renewable energy company in India. Prior to that he has been associated with GE in India for over 7 years as CFO & CS for GE Power Services India Pvt Ltd where he headed the finance function and as Finance Controller & CS for GE Consumer & Industrial India where he was actively involved in a major legal entity consolidation exercise initiated by GE in India.
