Dr. Arvind Pandalai, Non Executive Group Chairman

Dr. Arvind Pandalai has 32 years of experience in international trading, export and import management, market research, counter trade, off-shore trade, joint ventures, project management, financial management and strategic planning. Recognizing the contributions made by Dr. Pandalai to the national and organizational cause, he was awarded 2004 IMM Award for Excellence as a Top Professional by the Institute of Marketing & Management, New Delhi, India. He was also awarded Certificate of Excellence in Productivity, Quality, Innovation & Management by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi, India.

Vineeth Rameez Babu, Vice President of Finance

Vineeth has been involved in Investment Division of Duncan Macneill Group, heading the team for financial closure and development of the Petrochemical/Alternative Energy SEZ in Gujarat. He has taken many financial projects related to Manufacturing, Real Estate, Alternate Energy, and Oil & Gas. He is currently as partner at Zareen Group LLC, a New York. Vineeth is also the Founder of DIFRWear, a RFID security products manufacturer, with presence in over 40 countries.

Mr. Vineeth is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, with specialization in Analytical Finance & Strategy & Leadership. He is also a ‘Bachelor of Science’ from New York University with specialization in ‘Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering’.

Vivek Garg, Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Vivek has been involved in a number of energy projects and has been a consultant in the energy space. He has undertaken assignment with Duncan Macneill Group, wherein, he helped the company with financial and investment opportunity evaluation for monetization of Petrochemical/Alternative Energy SEZ. Vivek was the head for the renewable energy business for the RPG Group in India. Vivek serves as a partner at Zareen Group LLC, a New York based Financial and Business Consultancy Group.

Mr. Vivek Garg is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, with specialization in Strategic Marketing & Analytical Finance. Further, he is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi. He is closely associated with the Wadhwani Centre of Entrepreneurship Development (WCED) at ISB.

Saijee, Vice President of Power

SAIJEE INAVOLU has more than Three Decades ( 32 years ) of experience on Erection, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Coal base, Waste Heat base with Steel Plants, Gas Base, Biomass base and Cogeneration power projects. Saijee has excellent knowledge experience in the Power industry and particularly with Biomass Power Projects. Out of his 32 years of rich experience he has held senior management positions with three public Company’s ; NAVAL DOCK YARD ( Ministry of Defense ) Government of India, BOKARO STEEL PLANT ( Ministry of Steels ) Government of India and SOUTHERN PESTICIDES CORP LTD ( Ministry of Petro Chemicals ) Government of India.

Mr. Mohanlal, Non Executive Director, Clenergen India Private Limited

Mr. Mohanlal is an internationally acclaimed Indian film actor and producer who works mainly in Malayalam cinema. A four-time National Award winner, he has won two Best Actor Awards, one Special Jury Award, one Award for Best Film (as producer) and six Best Actor Kerala state awards, the most times by any actor. In 2001 the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri for his contributions to Indian cinema.

In 2009, he was granted the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel by the Territorial Army, which was the first instance in the history of Indian Cinema of an actor being conferred an Army rank. In 2010, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit bestowed an honorary doctorate upon him. In his home state of Kerala. Mohanlal is much more than an actor. He is a cultural icon and according to polls, the most admired and trusted man in the state.

Dr K. Muthuchelian is currently the Director for Biodiversity and Forest Studies at the Madurai Kamaraj University, and Professor and Head of the School of Energy, Environment and Natural Resources at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. Prof. K. Muthuchelian bears many mantles of a successful educational administrator, and is an excellent teacher with high international caliber; nominated as Fellow of International Energy Foundation (FIEF) by International Energy Foundation, Saskatchewan, Canada, elected as Fellow of National Academy of Biological Sciences (FNABS) by National Academy of Biological Sciences, India and awarded the academically high Prestigious Degree of "Doctor of Science" [D.Sc.] by Madurai Kamaraj University.

Dr. N. Barathi, Biotechnology Science Advisor (Member Indian National Bamboo Mission)

Dr. N. Barathi, an Agriculture Scientist has 25 years of experience in plant propagation by tissue culture and cultivation of plants. Conducted several research in Bamboo for the past 10 years and identified ideal bamboo clone for Energy Plantation and standardized agronomical management and agriculture inputs to maximize the biomass yield. Recognising the contribution made by Dr.N.Barathi in Bamboo, he has been nominated as “Member and Advisor” in the Bamboo Steering Committee of Gujarat and Tamil Nadu Government and serving as “Bamboo Technical Expert” for Tripura Bamboo Mission and “Member” in the Tamil Nadu State Forest Advisory Committee for Research. Er.Syed Meeran Ariff, Electrical Engineering

Mr. Ariff possesses 24 years of Industrial Experience in Erection, Testing and Commissioning of various Electrical Equipments. Mr. Syed possesses vast knowledge on various kinds of Installations, Operations, and Expansions related to Power and commission heavy duty electrical equipment . He is a Post Graduate, Electrical and Electronics, from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.

Dr. T.S.Regimon, Head of Medical Services Unit - Clenergen Foundation

Dr. T.S. Regimon is a medical graduate from the M.G.University Kerala, wherein, he served as Assistant Surgeon in Department of Health Services, Government of Kerala, India. Mr. Regimon has over 13 years experience in Primary Health Care and has been actively involved in establishing Rural Health Missions for Government of Kerala.
